What We Do

Free Pregnancy Testing

A client’s first service provided by The HOPE Center is often a pregnancy test. For positive test clients, we provide Verification of Positive Pregnancy Test forms and encourage early prenatal care. For abortion-vulnerable clients, we provide information about the physical, emotional and spiritual risks associated with abortion and encourage an ultrasound scan to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.

Free Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound

The HOPE Center administers limited obstetrical ultrasounds for the following reasons: to confirm fetal heart rate and viable intrauterine pregnancy, and to help determine the gestational age of the baby. Our hope is to empower all clients to choose life for their unborn babies as we present positive pregnancy options including adoption and parenting.

Free Pregnancy Testing

Our Earn While You Learn (EWYL) program provides ongoing support for moms, both during and after pregnancy. This educational program helps clients earn valuable materials such as cribs, car seats, maternity clothes, formula and diapers, overcoming a perceived obstacle for the life choice.

Success Stories

The Heart of Ultrasound

An ultrasound remembrance from the Nurse Manager for The HOPE Center

A client came for an ultrasound who had had five pregnancies, three children, one abortion, one miscarriage, and now pregnant with her sixth.

When I asked her what she thought about this pregnancy she said, ‘I’ve resolved myself to the fact that I am pregnant, I just want to get it over with.’ (She was 18 weeks and had not had a pregnancy test.)
