1. When did you start at The HOPE Center?
I started volunteering at Seeds in September of 2016 and got hired in March of 2017.
2. How did you get connected to The HOPE Center?
I became connected with The Hope Center sometime around 2005 through my church.
3. How have you seen God work through this ministry?
I have seen the Lord work in so many ways at The HOPE Center- through young ladies coming to Jesus for Salvation and growing in hope for themselves and their baby. I have seen the Lord provide daily at Seeds in countless ways, whether it be by providing affordable merchandise to a customer in need, or by praying for an individual during the day. I have seen the Lord work in hiring people. I have seen the Lord work through our staff by growing in their knowledge through our worship hour. I have seen the Lord work through exceeding our goals. Lastly, I have seen the Lord work through expanding the ministry overall.
4. Favorite memory with The HOPE Center?
Favorite memory is at one of the banquets- last minute pulling together a pop up store and attendants wanting to purchase items that night, which had them visit our store.
5. Favorite bible verse?
I do not have a favorite Bible verse only because there are so many I love.
6. Fun fact about you?
Fun fact about me is that I own a small piece of land in Scotland and I have a lady title.
7. Favorite color?
My favorite color is yellow.
8. Favorite food?
My favorite food is Cheeseburgers- the messier the better.
9. You have your own late-night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
If I had my own talk show, I would like to interview William Wilberforce.
10. You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?
My song to sing at Karaoke is “Our lips are sealed” by the Go-Go’s.
11. If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If I had to eat one meal everyday for the rest of my life it would be Cheeseburger & Fries.
12. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a child I wanted to be a doctor, I just knew that I wanted to help people somehow.
